[VHFcontesting] K1TR/B 23cm and 33cm beacons up

Thanks to the generosity of Larry, K1CA, the K1TR 903 and 
(new) 1296, beacons have a new home.  They were both installed
on Larry's 100' tower in FN42IV, 29 miles northeast of the 
original location in FN42FM (K1EA).

1296 beacon antenna!

are found on 903.060 and 1296.300.
