Yes! And it is easy too. Just not well documented or obvious.
Select all of the QSOs that are off by one hour (they will be highlighted in
the log window). Then double click on the time for any of them and correct
it to the proper hour. You will get a dialog asking if you want to make the
change to all selected QSOs. Answer Yes.
