Thanks to all who responded. The problem was in the Setup, Ports
section. The DVK type box was set to NA interface and not to
Windows Sound Board. Setting to Windows Sound Board and saving the
configuration fixed the problem. Many people focused on having
SSB selected in the CW/RTTY/SSB setup window which is also needed.
