That's a function of your sound card and it's ability to support the proper
switching and muting.
Download the program SBrdChk.exe from the Writelog web site and run it on
your PC to get a "report" of how well your soundcard supports the functions
that WriteLog needs. You'll probably find that it complains about not being
able to switch the inputs appropriately.
Solution? Possibly newer drivers for your sound card, or a different sound
card that's known to support all the features WriteLog needs.
