[WriteLog] Mouse wheel tuning

Randy/K5ZD has kindly pointed out how this feature works, which 
I shall try as soon as  get hold of a rodent with such a 
facility.

I must say it is a shortcoming of the documentation/ help file 
that such information is virtually invisible.


Also I'd like to suggest that this useful facility would be much 
*more* useful if it were available from the keyboard itself. The 
left/right Shift keys could easily accomplish this without 
interfering in any way I think.
