[WriteLog] JARTS scoring of KG4 QSOs

In wrapping up my JARTS log before processing to submit, I found that two
QSOs with KG4 stations failed to register as G'tmo Bay for "country" mult
status.

Checking further showed that their prefix was logged as just  "K"  in that
column at the far right.  The difference in scoring won't be that great, but
before I push the last buttons,  has anyone else noticed this?  Shouldn't it
count as a separate country?
