[WriteLog] CW Keying es Win98SE

I want to ruin only WRITElog and the minimal
other executables required to have my computer
function with WRIElog.

I recall several postings on the minimum things
you need to have running under WIN98SE for
things to work.

Can someone point me to the reference for that,
including the procedure for shutting other
software down permanently?

I know I'll be seeing untimely CW delays in CQWW
if I don't get things cleared out now.
