[WriteLog] Mult names changed in cabrillo output

... just noticed that when I create a cabrillo output from last weekends
CQWW 160m SSB contest Writelog will do some changes to the cabrillo file.
For instance all Germans were loged as DL - the cabrillo file will change
this to DE. PEI in Writelog will change to PE in cabrillo. Why that?
