we are trying to use internet logbook server (for IARU HF) but have some
problemms
everingthing is instaleted propertly like on writelog web page posted but we
still geting following failure
on some Coputers (all Win XP SP2):
"Can't create Microsoft SOAP object. Is SOAP Installed? "
SOAP 2.0 SP2 is instaleted!
any idea?
