USB Interface II will support FSK when used with MMTTY and 
EXTFSK (using the DTR line).  However, last I checked the 
software FSK in Writelog was "fixed" on the TxD line which 
is unavailable (used for CAT) with the USB II. 

The same cable (DB15-xx-xx) is also used with the DigiKeyer. 
DigiKeyer provides a UART based FSK capability - again for 
MMTTY which includes a data pacing output mode.
