If you read the DIRECTIONS....
IT does say writelog.msi
NOT writelog.setup_msi
This BIT me in the ass too.
Too bad the file doesn't UNCOMPACT as the file
needed "writelog.msi" instead of having to RENAME it.
I THINK if you order the CD it comes as writelog.msi
