[WriteLog] ARRL Ten Meter Test

I'm using Writelog 10.61e

Did ten meter contest and exported Cabrillo file

Instead of my State it inserts serial number in the file

Noted same last year for the 2007 file 

This year the ARRL noticed and asked for a corrected file

I picked ARRL Ten meter contest when I started the log

Ideas?   Solutions?
