I'm guessing that WL thinks that you're not located in the USA. I'd
take a look at your WRITELOG.INI file, normally in your C:\WINDOWS
directory. Make sure that "CallPrefix" is set to something like W5
and not a DX prefix, and that PREFIX_XTRA= a blank. These entries
should be towards the top of the INI file, in the [Multipliers]
section.
