Hello Folks,
I need some setup help with WriteLog keying from a comport.
Here is what I have so far.
PORT SET UP SCREEN
Com6 is selected and the CW bullet is enabled,
Rig Type in NO RIG
Baud Rate is DEFAULT
Poll is ticked
Com PTT is YES
CW Kyer Type is PC GENERATES
All mode PTT on RTS is ticked
CW PTT SCREEN
Command rig on COM port is enabled.
With these settings for an FTDX5000MP, with the keyer on the radio enabled,
the radio transmits and I get a bunch of DITS.
With the Keyer disabled the radio transmits and I get one long DAH.
Of course BK-IN is enabled for both scenarios.
The com port works fine in MixW but not in WriteLog. Can someone
suggest where else to look? Did something change in version 11.07D?
