Ed,
If you have kept your earlier upgrade install files, just
find them, then start to re-install your
latest update. In an early step, before you give the
go-ahead to actually install the update, your
registration code will be displayed. You can copy this code,
then cancel the update. Now you have
the code to download the newest update.

I inadvertently misplaced my registration code for my
version 12 upgrade. Is it stored somewhere in the program?
Emails to WriteLog have gone unanswered. I'd like to be able
to update before NAQP starts. Any thoughts would be
appreciated.
