Yaesu owners, As a Top Band CW operator with two FT1000D's, and one who has used all varieties of the FT1000 from D to Mark V, I find the key clicks to be obnoxious, headache causing, and in many countries, in violation of spectral purity regulations. Why does Yaesu make such terrible CW transmitters? Why do they refuse to admit it? Why do they refuse to fix it? I am now using my TS830S as I will not contribute to the mess with any of my Yaesu equipment. Bob G4VGO www.qsl.net/g4vgo |
