Well let's say you lie to a police officer.
Let's say you lie under oath in court.

THEN and in several other circumstances, the government is 
perfectly right to "not like what you are saying" and act 
accordingly.

The First Amendment NEVER gave you carte blanche, despite the
wrongful assertions of some.
