[Yaesu] FT-2600M

Fired up the FT-2600M in the car today, after probably a month of 
inactivity. When I key the mic, I get the bleeple and a voltage readout. 
Otherwise, the panel looks normal. Receive is fine. I've done both CPU 
re-sets, no joy.
