My '920's SN begins with 7K, which is September 1997 (I'm guessing), so
a '96 run of '990s means it was a popular rig.  I always liked the 990
and had the pleasure of operating one several times.  I would have
bought one myself, but was swayed by six meters and the continuous DSP
of the '920.
