Don't give up. "Away" is relative, any separation is better than none, 4 inches of separation is a lot more than twice as good as 2 inches. Don't run cables and coax parallel to any automotive wiring

Get a different RF ground for your antenna. The random wire is 1/2 of your antenna, the other half is the AC ground wire of your house. I would be surprised if the lamp is your only RFI problem. Your

I use the "Big Cap" to keep the radio from shutting off when I start the pickup.  When I start the pickup the voltage drops enough to shut off the radio without the Cap.  My cables to the battery are
