Comments:
For the second year in a row I got a got a sweep in both CW and SSB weekends
with a part time operation around other weekend activities. I remember when my
sweeps were rare. I guess I owe it to good propagation and using the Unlimited
category with a second computer dedicated to the spots on dxsummit.com.
Although, once a rare section gets spotted, it can be hard to break the pile.
I saw VE2AWR spotted on 15M, but could not break the pile up. I QSY'd to 10M
and found VA2BK who had not yet been spotted and got through on my first call
for his QSO number 6. I probably would get the sweep anyway with good S&P
effort, but the spots seem to make a limited number of hours more productive.
So now I can get a sweep and still take time out to watch the USC/UCLA football
game. What a great weekend! Go Trojans!
