I might be missing a mult.
Congratulations to K9PG at WP3R for a fine effort
Overall, I was pleased with the outcome although this is not my favorite
contest. Roughly 950 more Q's than last year exceeded my expectations.
Multipliers were better than last year but were still a disappointment. Noise
and distance make 80 and 160 a struggle in this contest. I spent considerable
time on those bands, probably to the exclusion of 40 and 20, to make the band
results repectable, but improvement there is needed.
Spent a few extra days before the contest to do a major tower and antenna repair
job.
All in all a fun trip. I will have two relatively long stories, one on the
tower and one on the contest, and an update to my website in about a week.
