I had other obligations but I wanted to get on from my home county (Ottawa). I
had lots of fun on 20 meters and found 15 in great shape to the west coast but
just hardly any stations on. A few that I worked had 59 + signals. I don't
have to explain 10 meters and I don't have an antenna for 80.
Enjoyed working 40 meters but I only have a ground mounted vertical so working
the short stuff was not going to happen. My vertical is cut for the CW portion
of 40 and my 756PRO just does not have the tuning power to get me on SSB.
Wish I had the entire 12 hours to operate. Thanks to all for the contacts and a
super job to the mobiles.
