Comments:

Truly foul low band conditions due to high absorption killed us.  59 DX signals
from Europe and 59+ from JA on 40M and few could hear us.  Ampifier problems
kept us at a much lower power for much of the contest which didn't help
either.

On the bright side, 10M and 15M were loads of fun, especially for our two newbie
contest operators in training. New HF stacked yagis and a 2el Quad for the
spotter station performed well.
