Comments:
Squeezed in over 6 hours despite a kid's birthday party and the
Redskins game (should have taped it and stayed in the chair!)
80 meters kept churning out the contacts for me. When it got
slow a few times, I went to 40 for 10-15 minutes of CQ's and
then bounced back to 80. Called CQ for awhile on 160, but
only got one call - from a VE! Go figure.
Kudos to my PVRC #2 teammate K3STX, who QSY'd to 15 & 10 late
in the evening to give me a couple of needed mults.
I called CQ on 10 in the afternoon, but there was no one there.
Hopefully all my antennas will still be in the trees when
the sun comes up after about 8 hours of very high winds here.
