Comments:

WAS WORKING OUTSIDE AND CAME IN FOR A CUPPA TEA. TUNED AROUND 14MHZ AND HEARD
LOTS OF U.S. STATIONS. DIDN'T KNOW THE NAQP CONTEST WAS ON, SO DECIDED TO
ENTER FOR A WEE WHILE SINCE CONDX SEEMED FAIR OVER HERE..
STARTED AT 0118GMT ON THE 6TH, (MISSED FIRST SEVEN HOURS !!) WHEN WORKING ON
40/80/160 I HAD TO USE 12dB OF ATTENUATION, NARROW FILTER AND PUT THE R.F.
CONTROL TO BELOW HALF WAY DUE TO THE LOCAL NOISE AND VERY VERY HEAVY STATIC.
MISSED QUITE A FEW QSO'S DUE TO THE STATIC, SORRY ABOUT THAT. HAD A GOOD RUN
ON 7MHZ FOR A WHILE, BUT LEFT IT TOO LATE FOR 3.5 AND 1.8. MY 80 METER LOOP
DID NOT SEEM TO WANT TO LOAD UP ON 1.8 SO HAD TO RUN ABOUT 50WATTS DUE TO THE
HIGH SWR. ANYWAY IT WAS FUN.
