Comments:
The test was really unitersting and participation was poor particularly from the
USA IOTA's til 20 and 40 opened to Eu about 20Z. From 12 til 17Z, it was nearly
impoosible to work Eu on 20. At the end, both Eu and Asia were coming thru
pretty well on 20. I don't think I worked any new IOTA's. If you are outside of
Eu, you can't work that much in this test at this point in the cycle.
