Comments:

This is more like it from my small station.  After working a station, it took an
average of 3CQs before another station answered, and that happened on all bands.
 I personally like the no dupe rule, as it gives the smaller station a better
chance at making QSOs.  When you can work dupes, I get crunched even worse- Q
total will go up, but mult total definitely goes down.  I can actually live
with it either way, it just works better for this station when one can't work
dupes.
