Comments:

Well, Miracles never cease! 2 hours before the NS I still was out of battery
power and cloudy skies overhead. Somewhat depressed about the situation, I
crawled under the covers for a short nap and prayed for some sunshine. Believe
it or not, I started seeing blue sky again through the blinds. Hallelujah!!! I
kept pryaing. SERIOUSLY. The solar panels sucked in enough sun late in the day
for me to operate the NS.

In spite of my Patriotic 1776 score, after the first 15 minutes I started
writing down my Q's & Mults count every few minutes just in case everything
went totally belly up. Missed 50 Q's due to big time QLF in the last few
minutes when I went to 160m. 20m was back down in the dumps at the start, but
40m & 80m worked well for me tonight.

I had set both radios for non-QSK before starting in hopes this would help in
much needed SO2R practice, but ended up as SO1.0001R mostly using one radio at
a time. Until I get the SIX-PAK from home installed, I can't operate 40m & 80m
at the same time which is less than desirable.

Finally figured out why W0YK was missing - he is down at P49X playing with the
Diddly crowd.

73 & Tnx for all the Q's & Mults...

Rick, K6VVA * The Locust
