Comments:
Score includes 400 bonus points for contacts with K4TCG.
I had planned to venture to the Volunteer state and operate this one mobile,
but ended up having tests scheduled at the hospital this weekend for surgery
(arm) on Wednesday. Scheduling worked out OK and I had Sunday afternoon free
to play. From what N2WN tells me, I missed a very scenic ride with beautiful
weather through eastern Tennessee. Hopefully next year.
Things were hopping right from the start and didn't let up until the very end.
Mobiles and fixed stations were everywhere. Sure wish 20 meters had cooperated
with some short propagation.
Top mobile/rovers in the log:
N4ZZ (25), K4LTA (21), NY4N (20), W4NZ (20), W4AN (14), W9WI (12), W4SIG (11),
K4ZBG (5), W4OQG (5), N4Q (4), KG4VBK (3), KK4TA (2).
A job well done by the TCG with the organizing and promotion. Thanks to all
for the QSOs, especially the mobiles and rovers. Your efforts were greatly
appreciated. Let's do it again next year!
