Comments:
Operating from Estonia is something very strange for me, who used to operate
from south, where most of the time is used for productive runs. I knew that I
have to be ready for pain, and surprises.
Tonnos station is best one in area, and I knew that all depend on me only.
Beginning of contest prove that I have to use second radio intensively, and it
is only way to make some reasonable score. Also it keep me focused and busy all
the time.
High bands openings or closing are happening very quickly here. I did QSY's
from closing band and come back in 15 minutes, discovering that band is open
again. One of those re-openings gave me best rates in contest at Sunday
evening.
Claiming new ES record makes my effort justified.
