Comments:
First time I've worked XEs on six, that was fun. Caught some decent openings up
to W9 and W0. Surprisingly virtually no west coast or east coast openings, just
all midwest from here. Used FTdx5000MP for 6m, FT897 for 2m. Separate headsets
and logging computers (no 232 interface for the 897 at this time). Managing the
two headsets was a pain but N1MM-logger always knew what band I was operating.
Good test drive of the network log features.
Antennas: A50-3S at 25 feet, 13B2 two feet below that, on shorty roof tower.
Loads of fun. I'm moving in a couple of months, hopefully have as good or
better a station on the air for September.
