A fun contest but one I couldn't put my time into. Have a sick YL who needed
attention and well, I scored points this weekend in more than the contest :D
I'll always mention my hatred for the electric trail lines closer than
100" from all my antennas, the noise I have to deal with is terrible at
best but but when the train is within 2 miles of me, it ruins Rx on all bands.
Used to be Diesel trains & now electric with the overhead wipers that arc
unmercifully.
That all aside, this is the first contest I've made as many Q's & points so
I consider this a fantastic weekend! Besides, the bands were all excellent for a
change.
Most fun!
