Saturday was fun early as usual, but turned into tougher conditions earlier than
normal. Had about 1/2 of the usual 15m activity, with long propagation and
backscatter from the Southeast. 20m was a struggle, short runs, not any good
deep runs this year. Best bands were 40 and 80m by far, especially 80m was a
big surprise.. Noise was down it was easy going on the lower bands.
We had a great time doing this as usual, and Ed and Edith have a fantastic
station to operate.
