Could only do the first half of contest this year do to having
Packers<>Dallas tickets on Sunday (with KK9K and N9ISN!)
I also usually do mixed mode....keeps activity level up the whole contest. I
can see this year if conditions don't improve on Sunday, it really would have
been a long slow slog.
Conditions up here in Wisconsin didn't seem too great. A very short weak
opening to EA, F, and G....not much east or north of there. I think I worked
one DL, one 9a, and an HG). No big sporadic E openings that I noticed....just
a lot of scatter type contacts. The Caribbean and South America did seem
pretty good at times. ZERO JA. Only pacific were a handful of VK, ZL.
