Comments:
First ever RDXC from OH5Z. Mixed mode contest caused some hazzle before and
during the contest but nothing major. Before the contest it was a small
question mark how to spread out SSB and CW operating time. But as solar indexes
didn't really help us it became almost all CW operation.
We had a good turnout for this contest as we were able to combine our SSB and
CW operators in to same contest. We had a newcomer to our team as Niko, OH5CZ,
joined for the contest for the first time. Despite his young age of 15 and
relatively short time on CW mode, a bit over a year, he did fantastic job on CW
and ok on SSB also. The old hogs were trying to push their best effort too and
we managed to brake M/2 OH record by about 3M points. As we have heard horror
stories of RDXC log checking we are not sure whether our score will be enough
or not. Well time will tell.
Log will be uploaded to LoTW. Next one from OH5Z will be M/S or M/2 in WPX CW.
