Short participation due to bad conditions and poor participation. Saw a lot of
EU stns running without answer. Thanks to asian/russian stations the contest is
not so slow, but guessing if it deserves the effort...
Anyway, thanks to all people taking part. Hope on next years the
participation/condx to improve at least a bit!
