Comments:
K2-100 Vertical. A pitiful score for so many hours listening to white noise. But
there were a few times that my cqing produced short runs. Otherwise it was lots
and lots of dial twisting waiting for new stations to show up. It was almost
magical to call a station just barely above the noise level and hear them come
back with the exchange. So I know I was getting through to the ones I could
hear. With the exception of the obvious big guns most signals were very weak.
The loudest was CW5W. But even that one faded in and out as the skip
"skipped" around. All things considered it was fun to at least make
the Q's I did. But frustrating to hear the locals with towers and yagis work
guys I couldn't hear.
