Comments:
Nothing heard on 15 or 20, but TH6DXX has been intermittent lately. When I
tuned up for the Phone Fray about 0205Z, it seemed to be OK and SWR was normal.
When the Fray started, SWR was infinite and I wasn't hearing anything. I can
use my 88' cf zepp on 20 and 15, but had it tuned up for 80 and wasn't sure the
high bands were open at all, so didn't try to tune it for 20. 40, 80, and 160
all sounded good. Worked Mike, W9RE, on three bands. Thanks especially to
KJ4KVC, Chuck in TN, who worked me on 80 and found me again on 160. Hope to
work many of you in the Pre Stew this weekend on 160M. Will be a little
stronger then with an amplifier. 73, John, K4BAI.
