Antennas : 270' OCFD (N-S); 135' OCFD (E-W); 40M HSqLoop;
160M Inv-L e/w 2 elevated radials.
Soapbox : Used CW 99% of the time - SSB was almost useless with LP
and wire antennas only. Mostly S&P, between weekend family obligations - a
contest more for the fun of it! It had to be - I got only ~10% of the Q's
compared to some of my contacts! Had a hard time finding Russian stations
throughout the contest. Even got up at 7:15 AM local time to re-open the shack
and finish with another 11-12 Q's into the log before going to church.
