There is no need for sending leading zeros at QTCs. And I hate if someone was
abbreviating 4 digits of time just to 2 digits (1234, 35, 37, 39, etc) and being
QRQ at the same time. It almost made a mess here as I can't type fast enough
extra 2 digits that were not send.
