Comments:
Started on 40. 35 WPM. Signals seemed solid, but eventually a lot of weak guys
called in. Good ops and easy to work. Noticed a lot of CWA folks. At 0325Z is
was clicking along pretty well, but there were not a lot of signals on 40. Went
to 80 and changed to 37 WPM. Some real strong signals. Need to tweak on the 80
inverted vee. I added wire, but there still in some SWR. 0345Z had 120 QSOs.
I did not used band maps as this caused some problems with the TU message.
Got a nice red maple tree and 3 burning bushes for my xyl for her birthday.
They arrived early, and a young guy did the planting. It saved me a day of
work.
