I was unaware that DARC had introduced an SSB-only section in this contest.
Until 2019 it was CW only or Mixed (CW+SSB), but with no SSB-only section. I
only discovered the new rule 1.5 hours after the contest had started and had not
intended to enter but, having previously complained about there being no SSB
section, I thought it only right that I should put in a small entry! Thanks to
DARC for finally making this decision. Conditions not too bad and even a
reasonable opening to DL on 15m, though not much activity on that band. I hope
to put in a more serious entry next year. Rig: IC-7300, Acom amp at 1kW to
Spiderbeam at 10m high, 40m elevated GP, 80m quarter-wave vertical. 73 Steve,
