Comments:
Winter has not been kind to the antennas here. An early December storm came
with high winds and heavy wet snow that bent one side of the rear DE on my old
KT-34XA. Subsequent storms have made it worse. While I have parts, the cold and
snow have kept me from making repairs. The element is still somehow attached
but loading is a little funky and I'm sure performance suffers. I did patch up
the 80M double-L and I did find out that the W1FV array works pretty well with
the element amps under snow!
