Comments:
Nice to have a short rag chew with VE3GFN just before the session started.
Apologies to a few where the rhythm was interrupted by a bothersome computer
problem. Ended up losing a couple of minutes rebooting the program. In spite
of that, the session was pretty good. Must have used my zepp that favors
north/south about 90 per cent of the session as not too many callers when using
the dipole that favor west and east. Nice to have a bunch of FL members sending
"OJ FL" to remind us that the FL QSO Party is this weekend. KU8E and
I will be QRV as W4AN/M in many FL counties. Hope to work you all on several
bands. 73, John, K4BAI.
P.S. For those who many not know, "OJ" is in memory of the late Jim
White, K4OJ, who was instrumental in reestablishing the FL QSO Party in the late
1990s. He was the son of the late W1CW, Bob White, the ARRL DXCC director for
years and Ellen White, W1YL, who is still QRV on CW, usually in the early
mornings on 40M.
