Comments:
Today I had a hard time reaching the USA 
high-scoring TOP on 14 MHz. I spent time 
on half a dozen runners, but managed to 
log only KG9N and N4AF. The hint for 
21 MHz to Frans PA0INA worked well. First 
I heard only an ionosonde sweeping by on 
21 MHz, but then Frans was the first I 
heard, followed by LZ5R and ON7PQ. 
British signals have been 'suppressed' a 
long time during the 1300Z sessions, but 
today there were many with a sharp level
division between the strong and weak ones. 
There was a double-peak B3-flare during 
the last half, but just slightly over the 
background X-ray level. Geomags were quiet.
