Comments:
Geomag was quiet, below 12 GW. Declining X-rays
crossing the A6-level mark at 1930Z. Started
with 7 MHz settings for 16 Q's, then 14 MHz.
Heard a string of booming Southern Swedes on
Es S/P, but could only catch Eric SD1A, then
Peter SM6M a half hour later.
Like after 1300Z, USA heard first 20 minutes
past the hour with N4ZR. Later K3WW was very
popular. I joined a queue of twenty callers,
but had to come back 10 minutes later (1940Z).
QRN was bad and no luck on my CQ. Had very
little help from the Loop-on-Ground. It works
better with a dielectric layer of dry snow.
Nil on 21 MHz, but finally 10 Q's more on 7 MHz.
Cheers/73, Zaba OH1ZAA
