Your problem is most likely on the primary side of the circuit. At the load
you
are drawing, you need a minimum of #4 wire between your breaker panel and the
radio, with no other devices sharing the same circuit. Your report of several
volts sag is too much. My sag here with a 45 amp draw is less than 1 volt!
If your run from the breaker box is short (less than 10 feet) you can drop
down
one wire size. My run is 7' here, using #6 wire.
