Go to Rich's web site and take the link to the archive of the
r.r.a.homebrew discussions (pages of W6???). You'll find it there. 

Alternatively, try my posting again with a fixed-space (non-
proportional) font.

Also, go and look at N7WS's measurements, and at his own interpretation
of them. The measurements that you say ought to be done, he has done
already.

It's not I who insist in mixing them - they're mixed in the real-life
circuit. To understand what's happening, they need to be straightened
out so that everything is in the same form.

The only thing that could affect my book sales would be giving other
people bad information. That's why I still want to know the real story
about this.

Carl, thank you for reminding me that I work for a living too, freelance
and and mostly paid by the hour. This subject is not earning me any
money; it's interesting, but it's a time-sink. 

I literally can't afford any more of this, so I'm outta here.
