If it does not say so QSK the owner's manual, I doubt it.  Real QSK 
should switch in under 3mS because there are 5mS radios on the market.

Similar, except in coverage of 160m.  Fairly stable due to low anode V.  
If you increase the anode V to 4kV, lower VHF-Rp suppressors might be a 
good idea.
